We saw that you think you’re a bad ass by putting up a gay little billboard in Cedar Rapids, just up the road from God’s city, that reads that you beat Iowa in the Cy-Hawk Grocery Store Series of 2005. This little fruity billboard, Hawkize fans, looks something like this:
Well, guess what: Fuck you. Maybe Hawkize.com will be raising funds to put up a billboard somewhere near Ames, at an undisclosed location, that looks something like this(obviously, we can’t use that gay logo, but leave it to us to figure out something as equally offensive):

actually, maybe you guys should leave that original sign up because if that’s the only satisfaction ISU can get each year then maybe it shows the humanitarian side of UI. it shows that every now and then UI is willing to share a little bit with a single billboard. Meanwhile, thousands of young children grow up across the country being taught state mottos, and unless Iowa’s has changed, won’t it always be a hawkeye state? of course it will, but i didn’t need to tell anyone here that…

I wonder who much it would cost to get a billboard up. That would seriously be hilarious if we put something like that up. I’m guess the whole thing would be under $1000, but I could be wrong.

Just a thought here but wouldn’t it be easier to just climb up and spray paint all over the billboard that’s already up instead of paying to have our own?

Also, if you click on Iowa and go to the official page about the state, you will not see any mention of cyclone state.
Of course we already knew all of this, I just wanted to let the cyclones read it for themselves.

Ames is not fun. Iowa City is a lot of fun. Ames, also, is not as well-respected as a place of learning. The Law and Medical schools at Iowa are excellent. As are most of the English programs. And the girls in Ames are ugly. And the bars suck. And you haven’t put together a respectable season of football in around 250 years. And I understand that you beat Iowa, but you still suck, due to the manner in which you consistently piss away the rest of the season and end up losing in a bad, no-name bowl. And your fans suck, which is part of the reason that you will not get to a decent bowl any time in the next five years. Your colors suck. Berryman sucks. You suck at writing. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
