Birthday Time, HAWKIZE Style

Well folks, it’s official.

I’m not a teenager anymore. Last night at midnight I turned 20- and two hours later vomited all the teenager right out of my system.

While it’s nice to have a birthday, mine is overshadowed by someone else.

ANDYRAM.

LEGAL.

TOMORROW.

Holy fucking shit. No more PAULA’s for this guy- Andyram is turning 21 at midnight. I think after this night, IC is going to look a little something like this:

    I’m fairly certain last time Iowa played the defending national champs in a bowl we beat them. It was this same game that brought Drew Tate on to the national stage. Here’s hoping he finds a way to do it again.

    In the mean time, I’m content to say that WE BEAT ISU IN BASKETBALL. We may be bad, but God, they’re awful. Additionally, WE BEAT ISU IN WRESTLING. That makes football, basketball, and wrestling for us all in the same year — proving once again Iowa is the Hawkeye state. Our Athletic Director apparently has enough class not to put up billboards reminding us of this, but it doesn’t mean I share Gary Barta’s level of class. Fuck you clowns.
