I’m sure it’s been on everyone’s mind: “Where is Andyram?” You guessed it, jail. Not surprised? Fuck you.
He sent me a text message Wednesday saying he was heading in to serve his 6 days from the DUI he got a few months back. (No, not that one, the other one.)
His first text message to me said “Well im off to jail. Wooo” I messaged him back immediately with “[Fuck.] I thought that was thursday”. Minutes later he replied, “Nope write an article let my fans know where im at”
I’m sure he would appreciate some love, so…

Oh it’s always been cool… just like claiming to be French, tight-rolling your jeans, and smoking crack. No, really, it has… That must be why we had so many football players strive for jail time recently.
Perhaps, we should have someone [Michael Jackson?] post a memo telling the world jail isn’t cool. [!!!!!] Great idea! - I’ll put it on my to-do-list.
Maybe he’ll slow down a bit on the drinking, maybe not. On the bright side, he’s a highly supportive Hawk fan… and I know for a fact there are several other Hawks/fans that are worse than him. Trust me, they’re out there.

Who am i to judge? I’ve know him since high school, and have heard about all the stupid shit he’s done. Jail isn’t cool no matter what you did to get there. And when someone has gotten away with so much shit anyway then it’s probably deserved.
I think the lack of support on hawkize.com is because the recent material kind of sucks. Two of the writers dont even go to school here anymore. You can’t judge an entire school’s support off of one webpage.

I was referring to both sides of the website. you can’t expect ed to cover all hawkeye sports programs. (especially b/c he doesnt live here) this results in lack of fan base for the site… correct? It looks like we’re the only ones checking it anyway. haha

well shit, since this post was made ive gone to jail in story county, got out for a few weeks, and then went to jail in polk county for the last 20 days and now im out again.. haver is right, we have been slacking.. ill start working on a post about how cool afros and iowa states original new uniforms are

So it’s approximately 36 hours to the kick off of the 2008 CFB Season and I got on here to see if my favorite cyclone slamming site was up and busy and posting new articles only to find out that it has been dead since may 22nd? Just wanted to know …what the fuck happened here? Get it back up and slamming the cyclones and making us all laugh or pass it on!

We would love nothing more than to put Hawkize back on the map… but time and life has gotten the better of the major contributors.
Cole has been playing with a few ideas on what to do with the site, but has not had time to put them in motion. I’m not sure that a majority our audience will be please, but rest assured changes are coming.

Cyclone fan here. I do have to admit the site is good.. some real funny shit. It’s refreshing to see some true hatred coming out instead of the usual “we don’t care about the ISU game” or the pansy “we root for ISU when not playing the hawks.” This site is for real and it’s a shame you are not updating it.
Reading the smack on this site is much better than what I’ve been getting in person, such as “Greenway ran all over your ass today”.. and “the Hawks will be undefeated.” At least you two seem to know your players’ names and have a basic understanding of how bad both teams are.
Well, you should have been checking up on this site when the founders were dominant at slamming the clowns day in and out. I can’t believe they wont update the site. How bad we are is something I am not sure of though.
